Hello! I’m Anna.

I’m a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with long-term experience supporting individuals and couples. To obtain my LCSW, I completed a dual-degree masters program at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and Union Theological Seminary, concentrating in mental health.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and empowering.  Recognizing the healing that comes from being truly seen and heard, I strive to create a collaborative environment where individuals and couples grow through connection, empathy, and exploration of the patterns shaping their lives.

By attending to the relationships we have with ourselves and others, we gain the opportunity to reflect on the influences of the past so that we can practice new ways of being in the future. While I may draw on a variety of modalities – including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic approaches, or  liberation-based practices – relationships are prioritized as a place for both individual and collective healing.
